Jimmy has begun his yoga journey in 2005. He started yoga through a local gym and since then he fell in love with the practice.
In 2012, Jimmy went to Los Angeles to take part in the spring Bikram Yoga training, and started teaching around the world right afterwards.
Over the years, Jimmy has practiced with many world renowned teachers and received their guidance for which Jimmy is forever grateful.
Jimmy teaches Bikram yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and believes that Yin yoga creates a balance and harmonizes with the other styles of more intense form of yoga.
Jimmy focuses a lot on the technical aspects of postures in his teaching, he believes that alignment is important in a way to prevent injury and to improve the experience of the practitioner.
In class, Jimmy can be both serious and funny and his goal is to keep everyone comfortable and safe while working hard in their practice.
