Designed for aspiring instructors or students who want to deepen their knowledge, you will graduate with the skills and confidence to lead dynamic, effective and results driven classes.

Meeting each Saturday over 8 weeks, you will systematically work through

 

- The Level One Class Sequence

- Anatomy Basics

- The Exercise Directory & Variations

- The Importance of Timing & Pace

- The Art of Music Integration

​

During this training you will also have active teaching hours with fellow trainees and supervision & guidance from Linn and upon completion, a certification from Bikram Yoga Oslo!​​
