Daniela Rivera Arredondo
Bikram Yoga Teacher
Daniela found yoga in London in 2007 whilst studying a Masters in Psychoanalysis. As a psychologist, she’s always been fascinated by the human mind. With a passion for sports, loving anything that makes the body feel alive and loving Arts and Nature, she found the perfect union of all her passions in Bikram yoga.
In 2011, she became a Bikram Yoga teacher. Since then, she’s had the fortune of sharing her passion in countries like Germany, Austria, Spain, Latvia, England, Scotland, Indonesia, Mexico, America, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland and Norway –where she calls ‘home’. Daniela has left her profession aside to be fully dedicated to teaching and expanding her learning in Yoga. In 2014, she was trained by Tony Sanchez, following the Bishnu Ghosh lineage –Hatha yoga.
She also became a Kids Yoga Teacher in 2016 in Zurich and in 2018, she finished a certification in Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in Traditional Yoga. In addition, Daniela has been practicing ashtanga yoga and has been studying in KPJAYI in Mysore and with senior teachers such as Rolf Naujokat in India. Daniela also dedicates her spare time learning vedic chanting in Sanskrit.
After 9 years of studies in Mental Health –Psychology,
Psychoanalysis and Art Therapy, Daniela is convinced yoga
heals people’s minds and bodies in a very integral way.
Yoga makes you LOVE yourself and become a better
person for the world.
'Yoga makes me see how strong I can be when I feel
weak and reminds me how vulnerable I am when I feel
strong.
Yoga has come into my life as magic and that’s how I like
to share it with my students’.
